
Dani Rees
Hi, I’m Dani. I’ve been teaching Vinyasa Yoga and Breath Work for six years. I gather inspiration from the structure of Vinyasa Yoga routines and create sequences that make every class a creative and fun experience. My goal is to cultivate an environment accessible to all levels of yogis and offer a safe space to honor all students' capabilities where they’re at.
Together, we shift focus onto what we can do, rather than what we can't, to empower our bodies and break through mental blockages we run into along the way. By strengthening our ability to be more intentional and present with our breaths, our bodies, our movements, and our minds; we’re offered skills to regulate and heal ourselves long after we’ve left our yoga mat.
When I’m off my mat, you might find me rock climbing, surfing, backpacking, adventuring with my kiddo, finding an inspiring documentary or memoir to relax to, singing along to Mazzy Star and Fleetwood Mac, or journaling eccentric thoughts into poetry. I enjoy all things barefoot and outdoors, yoga being one of them. The community it gives me fills my heart and enriches my life. I hope it does the same for you. I look forward to seeing you on your mat!
