
Warm Stretch & Meditation
For grounding and restoration. This class incorporates a wide array of gentle opening and challenging balancing asanas to unwind the hips, back, and shoulders. This class teaches how to find balance and take up space.
Flow and Restore
For fluidity and grace. This class offers traditional Vinyasa movements. Vinyasa translates to flowing with breath. Breath and movement lead the asanas, rather than sticking around in them for too long. Focus is placed on spinal stretching, brought into the neck and limbs for overall ease and better movement.
Heat and Endurance
For confidence and strength. This class offers the choice between Power Yoga and Yin. Both ignite fire in the body with opposite approach. Power Yoga challenges the body and the mind to endure, breathe, and stand in one’s power. Yin offers a slower approach, compromised of around 10 longer held stretches for the full class’s duration.
Nature Moves For Kids
Our kids class offers 30 minutes of instructed yoga, based on seasonal nature themes. This is followed by 15 minutes of breathing exercises and meditation specially crafted to keep our Little Ones tuned in and having fun! We end with 15 minutes of Mindful Storytime and a healthy snack! This is a great option for any kid’s party, or venue looking to include our Little Ones and build their regulation and movement skills.
